Replacement for a lens which was broken or missing from the BOptom trial lens kit when the kit was returned.

By proceeding with this payment you consent to the following terms and conditions:

The hirer is liable for the cost of replacement or repair of the lens(es), and will not be eligible to graduate until the payment is made in full. Each replacement lens costs $5. Only request this item if you are a BOptom student who has returned an incomplete or damaged set and have been requested to pay for repairs.
